For my 40th birthday AND for our
50th episode of The Mindrise Podcast, I asked myself, “What should
the theme of this episode be?”
The
answer I came up with was, “fun.” And that’s how I ended up
inviting my bestie, Rachel, onto this latest
episode.
Rachel has an opinion on just about everything
and she’s 100% convinced that she’s always right. She also likes to
refer to herself as “the life coach’s life coach.” And she 100%
always makes me laugh.
I
